When will my order ship?

Orders may take between 2-4 weeks to ship. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, and we really appreciate your patience during this process. Our main goal during the pre-shipment period is to ensure the highest quality of product.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your artwork. Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout and included in the total cost of your order, with no additional charges beyond the cost of delivery to us. All orders are shipped using our selected premium carriers.

We ship internationally.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to relevant customs duties of the destination country. The customer is responsible for the payment of customs fees if any. They should be paid upon arrival and are in addition to the shipping and handling costs.

The amount of customs fees is calculated according to the law applicable in the destination country and will be communicated to you by the carrier if any import duties are applicable.

In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs fees will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of the artworks, and to our commitment to the non-profit organizations to which we pledge part of the sale proceeds, we do not accept returns or purchase cancellations. All sales are final. If you receive an item with a defect, you should refer to our Returns and Refunds policy in our Terms.
